It has been said that the fewer tools one has, the more one learns to do with them. On the simplest workbench countless things materialize. With every touch, bump, cut and dent, the wooden bench itself becomes less and less until it falls apart. Even the hardest steel axe will wear out in few years. A soft hand will last for a lifetime.
